Georg Washington – Chief Executive Officer

Georg has been with Synergy Information Solutions since its inception in 2004. Under his leadership, Synergy has grown into a financially strong, leading technology provider, enjoying consistent double digit growth year over year.
Georg brings well over a decade of Senior Management and Executive Level IT Management experience to the Synergy team. Over the course of his career, he has served in several senior roles within finance, tier one hardware vendors, management consulting businesses, and gaming & hospitality.
Georg also has in depth experience within the Native American Gaming industry, having served as the inaugural IT Director for Augustine Casino for over 5 yrs. He has also worked extensively to grow Synergy’s Native American Gaming vertical, working closely with Tribal Casino’s and Tribal Governments across California and the nation.
With a positive and hands on approach to leadership, Georg draws on his extensive experience to guide the overall strategy and direction of the organization.
Nikki Schwarz - Finance Manager
ASIA, GradDipAppFin (Finsia), GradDip Adv. Tax, FTIA, CA, B.Com
Nikki brings more than a decade of experience in finance and accounting to her Finance Manager position at Synergy. She is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Tax, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting.
She has pursued a successful career in the finance and advisory sector. Nikki has worked both in Charter and Industry and has a strong background in taxation management and consulting.
To keep abreast of the continuously evolving taxation law, Nikki sits on various University Committees and attends tax conferences & seminars on a regular basis. She also facilitates a number of modules within the CA program run by the Institute of Chartered Accountants and sits on the ICAA CA's in Business Committee.
Jonathan Eaton –Technology Director
CISSP, CCNA, CSE
Jonathan joined the Synergy Information Solutions leadership team in 2005. Mr. Eaton brings more than 12 years of network and IT experience to Synergy. Prior to Synergy, he served as Director of Technology at RB Connect Inc, where he oversaw the transition to automated operations of RBconnect’s Namesarecheap.com division and served in strengthening Sun Microsystem’s online knowledge base of their Cobalt product line. Over the course of his career, Jon has also consulted for various clients such as the Offices of the late, President Gerald R. Ford and had developed software in use in the gaming industry. In 2005, Jonathan Eaton trained with the former Chief of Information Security of NASA to receive his CISSP certification in InfoSec.
Amy Washington – Operations Director
CSE , MCP, CQS Unified Communications
Amy joined Synergy Information Solutions in 2001. She holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies, is a Cisco Sales Expert and a Microsoft Certified Professional. Amy brings more than a decade of business development and business operations experience to Synergy Information Solutions.
Over the course of her career, Amy has worked in both executive sales and marketing leadership positions in the US and Australia with such firms as Triscan, Applied Micro Systems (now Commander), US Computer Solutions and most recently, The Marketing Department, a California-based marketing firm.
While at The Marketing Department, Amy was responsible for all aspects of business development, leadership and engagement management with clients. She formulated and executed numerous sales, marketing and organizational, strategies, driving strong year-over-year revenue growth for the company.
Ron Schwarz – Corporate Development Manager
GAICD, MBA, BCom
Ron joined Synergy in 2006. Ron holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting. He has completed the Company Director's course, Certificate III in Financial Services and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Ron’s focus lies in business planning and strategic change management. His solid finance background allows him to develop economically optimized business solutions to create value for shareholders and clients. Ron's past experience includes senior roles in various industries including Banking, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Management Consulting and Government.
Gilbert Mendoza - Gaming Vertical Solutions Manager
Gilbert Mendoza joined the Synergy Information Solutions team in 2010. Over his decade-plus career in technology, Gilbert has developed an internationally-recognized command of enterprise computing platforms, network engineering, and information security specific to the Gaming and Hospitality industries.
Prior to joining Synergy, Gilbert served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Pechanga Technology Solutions Group. For seven years, Gilbert spearheaded technology for Pechanga Resort & Casino, one of the nation's largest casinos, where he is also credited for engineering one of the largest and most advanced High Speed Gaming Networks in the industry. Gilbert has been a featured presenter at numerous trade shows, and brings to Synergy his years of Gaming Systems experience with companies such as IGT and Mikohn Gaming, as well detailed engineering experience with Aristocrat and Bally Technologies product lines.
Gilbert's technical experience includes a broad range of Cisco network, storage, and security related products, multiple virtualization platforms, and an extensive list of Microsoft, Unix and Linux based enterprise software solutions. He is enthusiastic about the direction of the Gaming and Hospitality Industry, and enjoys finding new ways to solve problems through the use of technology and best practices.
