Georg Washington - Chief Operating Officer
MCSE (NT,2000,2003), CNA, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCSP, CCVP, CCIP, CNSS, INFOSEC, MIET
Georg joined Synergy in 2003. He brings in-depth technical and operational expertise to the company.
Georg has more than 12 years experience in management and the last 5 years as a Director of Information Technology in the gaming industry, where he directed the planning and implementation of the IT systems and infrastructure, slot systems, IT security, Reporting, Telecommunications and ATMs. He worked extensively with tier one vendors – GSA/FTS and was also responsible for the management and training of the IT support team.
Over the course of his career, Georg has served in several senior IT roles within gaming & hospitality, finance, tier one hardware vendors, and management consulting businesses.

Nikki Schwarz - Finance Manager
ASIA, GradDipAppFin (Finsia), GradDip Adv. Tax, FTIA, CA, B.Com
Nikki brings more than a decade of experience in finance and accounting to her Finance Manager position at Synergy. She is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Tax, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting.
She has pursued a successful career in the finance and advisory sector. Nikki has worked both in Charter and Industry and has a strong background in taxation management and consulting.
To keep abreast of the continuously evolving taxation law, Nikki sits on various University Committees and attends tax conferences & seminars on a regular basis. She also facilitates a number of modules within the CA program run by the Institute of Chartered Accountants and sits on the ICAA CA's in Business Committee.

Jonathan Eaton - Group Security & Software Manager
CISSP, CCNA, CSE
Jonathan joined Synergy Information Solutions in 2005. Mr. Eaton brings more than 12 years of network and IT experience to Synergy. Prior to Synergy, he served as Director of Technology at RB Connect Inc, where he oversaw the transition to automated operations of RBconnect’s Namesarecheap.com division and served in strengthening Sun Microsystem’s online knowledge base of their Cobalt product line. Over the course of his career, Jon has also consulted for various clients such as the Offices of President Gerald R. Ford and had developed software in use in the gaming industry. In 2005, Jonathan Eaton trained with the former Chief of Information Security of NASA to receive his CISSP certification in InfoSec.

Solomon Luke - Unified Communications Solution Engineer
CCIE #23540 Voice, Six Sigma
Solomon joined Synergy in 2009. He has extensive experience in Unified Communications having worked for global corporations such as AT&T and IBM.

Ron Schwarz – Corporate Development Manager
GAICD, MBA, BCom
Ron joined Synergy in 2006. Ron holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting. He has completed the Company Director's course, Certificate III in Financial Services and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Ron’s focus lies in business planning and strategic change management. His solid finance background allows him to develop economically optimised business solutions to create value for shareholders and clients.
Ron's past experience includes senior roles in various industries including Banking, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Management Consulting and Government.

Amy Washington – Marketing and Advertising Manager
CSE , MCP, CQS Unified Communications
Amy joined Synergy Information Solutions in 2001. She holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies, is a Cisco Sales Expert and a Microsoft Certified Professional. Amy brings more than 11 years of sales, marketing and business development experience to Synergy Information Solutions.
Over the course of her career, Amy has worked in both executive sales and marketing leadership positions in the US and Australia with such firms as Triscan, Applied Micro Systems (now Commander), US Computer Solutions and most recently, The Marketing Department, a California-based marketing firm.
While at The Marketing Department, Amy was responsible for all aspects of business development, leadership and engagement management with clients. She formulated and executed numerous sales, marketing and organizational, strategies, driving strong year-over-year revenue growth for the company.

Leigh Nash - Senior Cisco Network Engineer

Leigh joined Synergy in 2008 as Synergy's Senior Network Engineer

Irene Zhu – Cisco Engineer
CCIE # 16478, CCDA
Irene has been Lead Cisco Engineer for Synergy since 2006. She has responsibility for all Cisco architecture design programming requirements for client systems. Irene has significant experience in this field, having worked for Henan Telecom and Beijing Away Technology Company. She brings as strong project management skills background in high technology. In her role, Irene helps lead Synergy’s client architecture development group
 

John Mcleod – Senior Cisco Network Engineer
CCIE # 20587
John joined Synergy in 2009. He has responsibility for Routing and Swithing and Security architecture design for client systems. John has significant experience in this field, having worked for TicketMaster Global, AON and The Betty Ford Center. In his role, John helps lead Synergy’s Security Client architecture development group

Elinor Jarrett - Business Analysis Manager

Elinor holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours and a Graduate Certificate in Computing. She has 7 years experience in software development. She has had experience in all aspects of the software design lifecycle from requirements gathering through to support and maintenance. Her major area of expertise is the analysis, design, and development of enhancements to existing systems and has detailed knowledge in the development of applications using Oracle forms and reports. Elinor has consulted primarily to the government sector.

Jacqueline Schwarz – Online Services Manager
GradCert E-Crime Invest, MIMS, BIMS(Hons), BBus(Acc) / BCOMP
Jacqueline joined Synergy in 2006. Jacqueline manages online services development and products.
Jacqueline holds a Graduate Certificate in E-Crime Investigation, a Master of Information Management & Systems and an Honours Degree in Information Management and Systems. She also holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and a Bachelor of Computing.
Jacqueline has experience in all facets of the systems development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance. In particular, her strengths lie in communication and facilitation, and business process redesign.
Jacqueline’s past experience includes senior IT roles in industries including Banking and Education.
