Senior Flash Developer/Designer

We are seeking a talented, hands-on Flash Animator with game development experience.  Responsible for helping define and design projects in Flash.  Artistic freedom and input is welcome. 

The ideal candidate should be strong-team player that can be counted on to develop innovative Flash solutions as well as champion best practices and approaches.  

Responsibilities:

• Correspond with art director, producers and other project leads on various project issues and deadlines
• Develop high quality fluid 2D animations
• Animation of game characters and in-game elements (items and transitions) to spec
• Ensure the development of game animations are consistent with project objectives and are efficiently designed

Requirements:

• 4+ years game design experience
• Art, Design Multimedia Degree
• Expert in Adobe Flash, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Well organized with strong written and verbal skills 
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment 
• Ability to give instructions and feedback to other animators/developers 
• Ability to make crucial design decisions when called upon 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

Nice to have:
Experience in flash development, Actionscript, object-oriented programming, JavaScript 

 To be considered for this role you MUST:

• be over 21 years old
• have a valid driver license and transportation

• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer
